Chromatic Silence

In this minimalist, almost abstract image, Sebastien Desnoulez reduces reality to its essence: color, surface, and balance. Two sections of wall divide the composition — a warm, matte yellow on the left, and a dominant vibrant pink, structured by a single half-open green window.
Everything here is about tension: between flat areas and textures, between vertical lines and taut cables, between geometric order and material imperfections. The pink seems to breathe, animated by marks, wires, holes — like a discreet face.

Pigment inkjet print on Fine Art paper, supplied with Hahnemühle certificate of authenticity.
The print is laminated onto a 2 mm Dibond sheet and mounted in the floating frame to give it visual depth.
The Fine Art print is placed on neutral cardboard, then covered with a 7 cm beveled white mat and anti-reflective, UV-resistant museum glass, before being framed in black aluminum or wood (black, white, oak or wenge).
